Paula recently joined the WTI team in 2025, based in New York City. Prior to joining WTI, she was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan, where she played a key role in scaling the bank's venture lending business. Earlier in her career, Paula held a senior position at SVB and worked as a high-yield credit analyst at Morgan Stanley. Paula holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College.
