Ms. Cao joined WTI in 2011. Prior to joining WTI, she was with KPMG in both Financial Audit and Tax Advisory Practices at various offices including KPMG Leeds (England) and KPMG New York. Ms. Cao holds a B.A. in Economics and a M.Sc. in Finance and Investment from The University of Durham, England. She is a C.P.A. in California and has completed exams for ACA of ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales).
