Mr. Gutierrez joined WTI in 1987. Prior to that he held management postions in finance and marketing with Wells Fargo Bank and Imperial Bank. Mr. Gutierrez earned a B.A. degree from St. Mary's College, and an M.B.A. from Golden Gate University, and has successfully completed the Graduate School of Credit and Managerial Finance at Stanford.

Prior to joining WTI in 1999, Mr. Cohan held sales positions at Puma Technology, Oracle Corporation, and SoftMagic, where he was a founder and VP of business development prior to its acquisition by Puma. Mr. Cohan holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Gravano has 19 years of financial services experience, including 12 years of domestic and international venture debt experience. Before joining WTI in 2008, Mr. Gravano held senior positions at Silicon Valley Bank, Fortress Investment Group, and Meier Mitchell/GATX Ventures in the US as well as GATX’s London-based venture lending business, GATX/ETV. Mr. Gravano has a BA from Duke University.

Mr. Werdegar joined WTI in 2001. His diverse background includes his most recent position as Venture Partner at iMinds Ventures, an early stage venture firm, and his prior position as Chief Investment Officer at MetaMarkets, an online mutual fund company. Mr. Werdegar also founded and served as CEO of Left at Albuquerque, a chain of restaurants. Prior to business school, Mr. Werdegar worked in corporate finance at Robertson Stephens. He holds both a BA and an MBA from Stanford.

Mr. Holman joined WTI in 2005 from salesforce.com, which experienced extraordinary growth and completed a successful IPO [NYSE: CRM] during his tenure. Mr. Holman previously worked as an advisor to several startups in the Boston area and was an associate at an early-stage venture fund. Prior to his private sector career, Mr. Holman spent 6-years in the U.S. Navy SEAL teams. Mr. Holman holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Tsao joined WTI in 2008. Prior to that he focused on secondary direct investments in the technology sector at Saints Capital, and venture capital investments in the communications and semiconductor industries at H&Q Asia Pacific. Before business school he worked in healthcare investment banking at Lehman Brothers. Mr. Tsao holds a BS and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
