High Growth potential with a minimum of $25 million in sales per year within 5 years
This growth rate helps assure a strong potential for an acceptable financial exit strategy.

Collateral that we consider to be critical to the company's success
Examples include production, test, and R&D equipment, inventory, and accounts receivable.
